This is why we regularly review publicly available guidance and practical requirements across USCIS, UKVI, ICA, Immigration New Zealand, and the Philippines PSA, so that your documents can be prepared in a manner aligned with the intended receiving authority's requirements.
My service philosophy is that our role is to support document preparation and help organize the preparation process for important overseas steps. Located in Akasaka with convenient access to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Kasumigaseki, we provide case-by-case handling depending on document readiness and authority schedules, where the document type, authentication route, authority operating hours, and requested timeline permit.
Strategic Location: Our office is approximately 15 minutes by metro from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Kasumigaseki, with notary public offices and the Legal Affairs Bureau within similar reach. This location supports case-by-case handling depending on document readiness and authority schedules, where the document type, authentication route, authority operating hours, and requested timeline permit.

A Note on Gyoseishoshi Authority: A gyoseishoshi is a national qualification under the Gyoseishoshi Act of Japan, regulated by the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications. The qualification carries statutory authority to prepare and submit documents to government agencies, including apostille applications. Our office acts as your representative for apostille applications within the scope permitted for gyoseishoshi.

These are jurisdictions where documents are commonly prepared through a gyoseishoshi-issued Certification of Translation Accuracy in some cases, or through notary public workflows when the receiving authority requires additional authentication.
